It's been less than 15 days since I started taking the microdosing following the beginner's protocols, as I am. I feel that the benefits are subtle, but I can recognize them, I feel that that mess of opinions before doing some activity has diminished and I just go and do what is necessary. For microdosing to work well, we have to know exactly how many mg we are getting from mushrooms. The announcement of this product leads us to understand that it is possible to know exactly how much we are going to take, however, each division (says that it comes) with 1g (I believe that not all are the same amount) and each "piece" has asymmetric sizes and different weights , which makes it very difficult for those who want to take an exact microdosing. It's pretty easy to get them as prepared doses so you don't have to deal with weighing them.
