Wat zijn de mogelijke effecten van Microdoseren?
Verbetert stemming, bewustzijn en creativiteit.
Wat is microdoseren?
Microdosering is het regelmatig gebruik van kleine hoeveelheden van een psychedelische stof. Bijvoorbeeld de stof Psilocybine in paddenstoelen en magische truffels. Kleine hoeveelheden zijn net boven de drempelwaarde. Al vanaf 0,3 gram, tot 1 gram voor Magic Truffels.
Het is niet de bedoeling om echt te trippen, maar je wilt net genoeg werkzame stof innemen om je hersenen aan het werk te zetten.
Om de dag microdoseren
Een gebruikelijk microdoseringsschema kan er als volgt uitzien:
Dag 1: Microdoseringsdag.
Dag 2: effectdag; voel (of voel niet) de effecten van de microdosis van de dag ervoor.
Dag 3: Rustdag; geen dosis genomen, effecten slijten.
Dag 4: Microdosisdag; neem je microdosis opnieuw..
Volg dit schema gedurende een maand tot 10 weken om de effecten te voelen. Herhaal dit schema de hele tijd. Stop als het niet goed voelt. Verlaag de dosis als je sterke effecten voelt, verhoog als je helemaal niets voelt.
De Stamets Stack
Paul Stamets stelt een doseringsprotocol van vijf dagen op, twee dagen af voor. De twee dagen eraf voorkomen dat je tolerantie opbouwt. Hij stelt voor om psilocybine te combineren met en niacine.
- Paddenstoelen of truffels = 0,1 - 1 gram
- = 5 - 20 grams.
- Niacine = 100 - 200 mg
Blijf in deze periode doen wat je normaal doet, studeren, naar je werk gaan, het huishouden doen enzovoort. Houd je dagelijkse routine zo normaal mogelijk. Maak aantekeningen en denk na over hoe en wat je voelt tijdens het microdoseren.

Microdosing is a personal thing, since each person has his/her own metabolism, working in it's own way. I've been experimenting with 1g, 1/2g, once every 3 days, 3 days in 2 days out, taking with an empty stomach, taking at lunchtime, taking in the evening, and so on. Now I think I'm reaching an optimal point (3/4 days in 2 days out, 1g at the end of the afternoon)...These truffles help me, indeed, to maintain a more truthful self (less bullshit) and a healthy emotional availability (even though that also comes with its challenges). My boyfriend and myself have been taking this now for nearly two weeks, following the 1 day - 2 days off then repeat on the 4th day. It took a few goes to find the correct dosage. The 1 gram dose was way to strong for us (lucky we took this on a Sunday!). Now we have found the right dosage that suits us. I have found subtle enhancements in all parts of my life.
