- started off with 10 grams and took the last 5 after an hour. never reached the heights i do with mushrooms but had a lovely warm buzz that lasted about 4 hours. some visuals but nothing crazy. tasted absolutely horrible so used a small amount of yoghurt. would definitely buy again
