Verbessert die Stimmung, die Konzentration, das Bewusstsein und die Kreativität.
Was ist Microdosing?
Unter Mikrodosierung versteht man die regelmäßige Einnahme von winzigen Mengen einer psychedelischen Substanz. Zum Beispiel die Substanz Psilocybin in Pilzen und magischen Trüffeln. Winzige Mengen liegen knapp über der Schwelle. Sie reichen von 0,3 Gramm bis zu 1 Gramm bei Zaubertrüffeln.
Es ist nicht die Absicht, einen Trip zu erleben, aber man möchte gerade so viel Wirkstoff zu sich nehmen, dass das Gehirn arbeiten kann.
Die Mikrodosierung wird entweder regelmäßig, jeden zweiten Tag oder nach einem Mikrodosierungsplan vorgenommen.
Jeden zweiten Tag Mikrodosierung
Ein üblicher Mikrodosierungsplan kann wie folgt aussehen:
Tag 1: MicroDose-Tag.
eingenommenen Mikrodosis ist zu spüren (oder nicht zu spüren).
Tag 3: Ruhetag; keine Dosis eingenommen, die Wirkung lässt nach.
Tag 4: Tag der Mikrodosis; nehmen Sie Ihre Mikrodosis erneut ein.
Befolgen Sie diesen Zeitplan für einen Monat bis 10 Wochen, um die Wirkung zu spüren. Wiederholen Sie den gleichen Zeitplan die ganze Zeit. Hören Sie auf, wenn es sich nicht richtig anfühlt. Verringern Sie die Dosis, wenn Sie starke Wirkungen spüren, erhöhen Sie sie, wenn Sie überhaupt nichts spüren.
Der Stamets-Stapel (The Stamets Stack)
Paul Stamets schlägt ein Dosierungsprotokoll mit fünf Tagen Einnahme und zwei Tagen Pause vor. Die zwei freien Tage verhindern, dass man eine Toleranz entwickelt. Er empfiehlt die Kombination von Psilocybin mit und Niacin.
- Pilze oder Trüffel = 0,1 - 1 Gramm
- = 5 - 20 Gramm.
- Niacin = 100 - 200 mg
Gehen Sie in dieser Zeit Ihren gewohnten Tätigkeiten nach, lernen Sie, gehen Sie zur Arbeit, erledigen Sie Ihre Hausarbeit usw. Halten Sie Ihren Tagesablauf so normal wie möglich. Machen Sie sich Notizen und reflektieren Sie, wie und was Sie während der Mikrodosierung fühlen.

THE EXPERIENCE: The effect that most caught my attention was the slight numbness in the excessive concerns, anxiety and emotional reactive; as if I was diving into silence, lightness and peace. Immediate effect, but stabilizes perfectly after 1 hour. There is no loss of effect, so it lasts for a long time after ingestion.
