I bought this kit because I wanted to try something new. The kit arrived quickly, but a few days later I was contacted by customer service, who warned me that there was a possibility my kit was contaminated. After a week, the contamination was confirmed. They gave me instructions on what to do and promptly took care of everything so that I received a replacement kit. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Five stars. Very professional, efficient and kind. Thank you and congratulations to the whole team.
