My boyfriend and myself have been taking this now for nearly two weeks, following the 1 day - 2 days off then repeat on the 4th day. It took a few goes to find the correct dosage. The 1 gram dose was way to strong for us (lucky we took this on a Sunday!). Now we have found the right dosage that suits us. I have found subtle enhancements in all parts of my life.
