I think I had a case of bad luck with this grow kit.

I have grown many other mushrooms and I’m really careful with misting, airing and hygiene. After installing the grow kit I had the first growth really quickly, but the fruit bodies didn’t pop up in a full flush, they came out one by one and also the amount was very little. The total of fruits that I could pick was less than 10. I was careful that there was no mist hitting the soil at this stage.

After the harvest I kept the kit and tended to it for 6 more weeks but nothing grew out of it again. It just dried out and today I gave up and threw it out.

I’m willing to try again and not give up on this.. hopefully the next one will be better!
