Nach mehreren Wochen in der Nährlösung, die ich ebenfalls hier gekauft habe, konnte ich immer noch nichts erkennen. Selbst als ich die vermeintliche Sporenlösung unterm Mikroskop betrachtet habe, konnte ich nichts erkennen. Ich habe das Gefühl einfach ein Glas mit Wasser bekommen zu haben. Ich schließe es nicht aus selber was falsch gemacht zu haben aber ich habe mich an die Anleitung gehalten und konnte auch nichts in der Flüssigkeit erkennen. Für mich sah es aus wie Wasser. This was my first attempt at growing, but so far everything seems great. (Not ready for fruiting yet)Klassifizierung
They arrived quickly and where packaged both nicely and discretely.
I injected 4 1L jars of rye (soaked 18h, boiled 30min, autoclaved at 135C for 90min, and fitted with injection port and micropore tape) with 1ml each of spore solution in open air (no draft but no SAB).
I fully expected to loose one or more to contam since everyone always talks about how sensitive they are, but I had no signs of contam, just nice white Myce.
Incubated at 28C. One of the jars colonized 4 days faster than the others.
G2Ged to 4 5L jars of rye in open air with no contam either.
Spawned to tubs of coir/vern at a 1:2 grain to substrate ratio (wet, by volume) that has only been pasteurized via Bucket Tek. One tub has two metabolite spots but no contam yet. All are fully colonized and are currently consolidating.
If fruiting goes smoothly and the BE is reasonable this will be a good first attempt.

Spores arrived very fast after purchase. It was quite warm tho. After storing them at 6 degrees Celsius in one week, i incubated my sterile jars through a self healing port. After 3 Weeks nothing happend...Klassifizierung

It was my first time using this so I did not get such good results. I did nnt know how much to use and I broke some of my jars when I left the rye grain cooking without water . I managed to get enough colonized for 1 1l box out of the syringe. I have not grown the mushrooms yet because it is not ready yet. If you are looking for something interesting to do this is a good option. But if its just mushrooms you are after the B plus mycelium boxes are much better. Some of the mushrooms I got from the B Plus mycelium boxes weigh 15 grams most 10 grams. Very easy to grow. Spray 5 times every 2 days with water and not too bright light. A kind of shaded area is best. 3 weeks later almost the whole surface is covered with huge 10 gram mushrooms. Very fast delivery. This is the best website to buy mushroom stuff from.
