Anni di progettazione e test hanno portato ad una nuova generazione di grow kit standard per la coltivazione dei Psilocybe cubensis 'Treasure Coast' Magic Mushrooms. Il grow kit standard Psilocybe cubensis 'Treasure Coast' adesso è ancora meglio di quanto lo sia mai stato! Rispetto alla prima generazione di Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit, l’attuale generazione ha i seguenti vantaggi:
- Rendimento migliore = più funghi
- Maggiori vampate (flush)*
- Maggiore resistenza contro le contaminazioni
- Diversi ma con istruzioni più semplici
*alcuni ceppi producono più vampate (dette anche flush) di altri. Le prime tre “flushes” sono le più grandi.

Il kit per la coltivazione (o ”grow kit”) Psilocybe cubensis 'Treasure Coast' Magic Mushroom è leggermente diverso dai kit che avete visto in precedenza. Lo noterete non appena aperta la scatola di cartone. Al centro, sulla parte superiore del coperchio di plastica, troverete il comune filtro micron. Sul coperchio però, questa volta, troverete una striscia adesiva bianca. Entrambe le parti sono necessarie nelle prime fasi del processo di preparazione in laboratorio. Esse devono rimanere intatte.
Così come i precedenti magic mushroom grow kit semplici, non avrà bisogno di usare spore aggiuntive. Durante il processo in laboratorio, le spore si sono sviluppate in micelio all’interno del substrato (o uo;Cake”) della scatola di coltivazione (grow box).
Come conservare correttamente il magic mushroom Grow Kit
Si consiglia di iniziare il processo di coltivazione non appena ricevuto il kit. Se decidete di iniziare in seguito, dovete conservare il magic mushroom grow kit, posto all’interno di una borsa de inzuppare< in frigorifero (tra i 2°C e gli 8°C) per 2 settimane.
Contenuti
- 1x scatola di cultivazione – Contiene substrato con micelio attivo (la Cake)
- 1x busta de cultivo – La borsa ha un filtro micron per tenere fuori gli agenti inquinanti
- 1x adesivo di chiusura riutilizzabile giallo – Per chiudere la grow bag.
Avrete bisogno di
- nebulizzatore – Nebulizzare acqua è necessario per il livello di umidità
- Acqua potabile – Per il processo di nebulizzazione e immersione
- Ambiente pulito – Lavora in ambiente pulito per non dare la possibilità ad altri funghi o batteri (microrganismi) di contaminare.
Si consiglia di usare
- guanti sterili
- mascherina facciale
- disinfettante per le mani
- disinfettante per superfici
- Borsa de inzuppare
- termometro
- tappetino riscaldante (quando la temperatura della stanza scende sotto i 21° C)
Come prepararvi e preparare la stanza prima di iniziare
- Chiudete tutte le finestre aperte. Vento o correnti d’aria portano microrganismi che potrebbero contaminare il Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit.
- Quando si estrae fuori dalla scatola di cartone il grow box con all interno la “Cake” riponetelo su una superficie disinfettati. Nel caso questa superfice non fosse pulita, dei microrganismi potrebbero attaccarsi alla grow box e svilupparsi all interno del kit Psilocybe cubensis 'Treasure Coast' Magic Mushroom contaminadolo.
- Assicuratevi di lavorare con mani e braccia pulite. Si consiglia l’utilizzo di guanti sterili oppure un buon disinfettante durante la manipolazione del kit. Inoltre dovreste usare una mascherina facciale per evitare di respirare all’interno della growbox o sulla Cake.
Procedere alla coltivazione
- Riempire la scatola con, acqua potabile fresca. Chiudere la scatola di cultivazione bene e lasciare in ammollo per 12 ore.
- Dopo 12 ore, versare il surplus di acqua fuori dalla scatola di cultivazione.
- Posizionate il grow box all’interno della busta de cultivo. L'apertura del sacchetto deve puntare verso l'alto.
- Rimuovete il coperchio dalla grow box. Sciacquate il coperchio e riponetelo nella sacca a chiusura lampo per un uso successivo. Posizionare la sacca a chiusura lampo con il coperchio nella scatola di cartone.
- Piegate l'apertura della busta de cultivo due volte, non coprite il filtro micron.
- Posizionate l’adesivo di chiusura giallo sulla piega, in modo tale che il sacchetto rimane chiuso. Ora il Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit è pronto a svilupparsi!
Temperatura
La temperatura ideale è di 24°C. Non fate scendere la temperatura al di sotto di 21°C e non superate 29°C. Per evitare che la temperatura scenda al di sotto dei 21°C, potete usare untappetino riscaldante mantenendo così una temperatura ottimale. Il tappetino riscaldante è un must-have per la stagione invernale o per chi vive e vuole coltivare anche in posti dal clima freddo.
Luce
Il Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit necessita di luce soltanto per far capire al micelio di aver raggiunto la superficie. Solo allora, i funghi cresceranno. Poche ore al giorno di luce artificiale o luce solare indiretta sono più che sufficienti. La luce solare uccide il micelio, quindi evita di esporre il kit sotto una fonte di luce diretta.
Acqua / Nebulizzazione
Il giorno seguente all’inizio della coltivazione potete iniziare con la nebbia. Aprite la grow bag rimuovendo l’adesivo di chiusura giallo. Non usate spruzzare direttamente sulla Cake, ma usate spruzzare una volta contro ogni lato della grow bag. Cosi’ formerete la nebbia una volta al giorno, spruzzando quattro volte. la nebbia inoltre, porta ossigeno fresco all’interno del sacchetto. Subito dopo la nebbia, richiudete il sacchetto con l’adesivo di chiusura giallo.
Funghi
Se le condizioni di coltura sono ottimali, si possono vedere apparire i primi piccoli funghetti (detti “pins”) tra il quinto e il sedicesimo giorno. Ciò può dipendere anche dal ceppo. Alcuni ceppi Cubensis crescono più lentamente di altri.
Vampate (Flushes)
I funghetti spuntano in gruppi. Possono essere gruppi di piccole o grandi quantità. Ciò dipende dal ceppo. Questo tipo di crescita è anche chiamata vampata o “flush”. I funghetti maturano raramente tutti allo stesso tempo. E’ possibile ottenere più di una vampata da ogni kit. Le prime due vampate sono Ie più grandi. Quando si ottengono più vampate, le successive saranno di dimensioni ridotte rispetto alle precedenti.
Raccolta
I funghetti sono maturi e devono essere raccolti quando il velo tra il cappello e il gambo si è appena strappato. Non aspettate più a lungo. Usate guanti sterili o disinfettare le vostre mani, polsi e braccia. Raccogliete i funghi che sono già maturi e lasciate che gli altri continuino a crescere. Per estrarre i funghetti dalla Cake afferrate la base del fungo tra il pollice e l'indice. Ruotate la mano in senso orario lentamente, fino a quando il funghetto, cedendo, si stacca. Non strappate via funghetti! Stappandoli rischierete di danneggiare il micelio e di ucciderlo. Quando la maggior parte dei funghi più grandi sono stati raccolti, potete passare alla raccolta di quelli più piccoli e quindi, successivamente, anche i “pins”.
Funghi che crescono ai lati della grow box
I funghetti crescono nei posti raggiunti dalla luce e dove c'è poca resistenza penetrante. Siccome la luce raggiunge anche I lati della Cake, dei funghetti potrebbero crescere anche lì. È difficile evitare che questo accada, quindi può essere comune. Alcuni coltivatori avvolgono i lati della scatola di cultivazione iin un foglio di alluminio per far si che siano al riparo dalla luce, ma questo metodo non sempre si rivela funzionante.
Quando i funghi crescono ai lati del box, possono essere raccolti appena prima di immergere il kit:
Assicuratevi di avere le mani pulite! Portate la scatola di cultivazione fuori dal sacco e mettetela a testa in giù su l'altra mano. Scuotere il scatola di plastica in modo da far cadere la Cake sulle vostre mani. Il scatola di plastica puo essere posto su una superficie disinfettati. Adesso avete una mano libera per raccogliere i funghi dai lati della Cake. Una volta raccolti tutti i funghetti potete rimettere la Cake dove era prima, a posto nel scatola di plastica e continuare per il processo di immersione.
Immersione / Soaking
Dopo che tutti i funghetti sono stati raccolti, preparerete il vostro kit per la vampata successiva. Ancora una volta, con mani disinfettate/a> o guanti; tirate il scatola di cultivazione fuori dalla busta de cultivo. Riempite il box con dell acqua potabile fresca. Prendete il coperchio riposto nel sacchetto a chiusura lampo e usatelo per chiudere la scatola di cultivazione. Riponete il grow box in un Borsa de inzuppare o usate un sacchetto di plastica pulito e avvolgetelo intorno la scatola. Chiudete ermeticamente e mettete in frigorifero (tra i 2°C e gli 8°C) per 12 ore. Questo è chiamato processo di immersione o “ammollo”. L’acqua penetrerà attraverso tutto il substrato, rendendolo così pronto per la prossima vampata.
Durante l’immersione è possibile appendere la busta de cultivo con filtro micron a testa in giù ad asciugare. Assicuratevi, durante questo processo, di tenerla capovolta in modo tale da non lasciare ai microrganismi alcun modo di accedere al sacchetto. Molti coltivatori preferiscono usare borse de cultivo con filtro micron nuovi e non usati dopo ogni flush.
Dopo 12 ore togliete dal frigorifero la Borsa de inzuppare con all’interno la grow box e disimballatela.
Vampate successive
Per continuare, seguire gli stessi passi da - 3 a 7 come quando hai iniziato il processo per la prima volta. Alcuni giorni dopo, ci sarà una nuova vampata. È possibile ottenere fino a 2 o anche 3 vampate da un kit per la coltivazione di Psilocybe cubensis 'Treasure Coast' Magic Mushroom. Con l’esperienza riuscirete ad ottenere facilmente sempre più vampate da un solo kit.
Fine
Quando non cresceranno più funghetti da un grow kit, a partire dalla seconda vampata per almeno tre settimane, oppure quando il Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit diventa verde, rosso, grigio o giallo; il grow kit potrà essere gettato. Il cambiamento di colore è un chiaro segno che il grow kit è stato contaminato da un altro fungo o un batterio. Non spunterà più nessun funghetto dal Treasure Coast magic mushroom grow kit e il kit andrebbe gettato nella spazzatura.
Spore
Se non raccogliete tempestivamente i funghetti una volta maturi, lascerete depositare le loro spore. La Cake e i funghetti diventeranno di colore nero/porpora (o alcuni ceppi di Cubensis rossi/marroni) per via delle spore. Ciò non sarà un vero e proprio problema, ma semplicemente non sarà esteticamente gradevole da vedere. Quando i funghetti rilasciano le loro spore, iniziano a degradare e i principi attivi calano. I funghetti perderanno quindi parte della loro potenza.

The box came with already some white mild on top and they didn’t send the heat mat purchased together with the shipping, which means I had to wait about a week more to receive the heat mat. Due to the winter temperature the white mild increased and covered almost all the pie. It took 3 weeks to see the first pins, that only grew where there was no white cover, and they didn’t grow taller than 2 cm even with the heat mat constantly on underneath.Voto

I had 2 big flushes already with each around 35g.
Potency is also pretty good. We tried 2.5g each with lemon tek and it gave us some 4h a middle strong trip.
For a more intense trip I would probably go up to 3-3.5g (with lemon tek) next time, but again potency-wise this is pretty good.

Upon having issues with my XL (also treasure coast) which didnt fruit at all, I got a replacement of 2 of these kits for free as they no longer stocked the XL version. Compared to some other kits i had, they took longer to pin but produced heavier fruit bodies and larger harvests in general. Still, the fruits in the end were smaller than what I had expected but that is also due to the space limitations of the bag that they are put in. First harvest produced alot of side and underpins which was solved by putting the cake on its side and having it fruit from all sides. I would probably reccomend to get a monotub and put the cake in there instead of the bag though. All togehter I got 4 flushes out of both kits and they're still growing. Its been almost 2 months since i first recieved them.Voto
Potency is alright. Ofcourse i did not do any extractions and its all subjective, but compared to the other shrooms I've tried before they were pleasantly strong.
4stars and not 5stars due to the design of the growkit, sidepins were impossible to prevent even though i taped the kit with blacktape to prevent light from shining on the sides. Putting the kit on its smallest surface (upright) solved this but then I had issues with the bag being too small and the mushrooms hitting the bag and getting condensation from the bag on the caps... It took a while but I ended up with a full box of mushrooms. My frist try with 2 grams left me with a warm glowy feeling and a hand full of valuable insights. My second trip with 6 grams took me to the edges of the cosmos where I lost all cohesion. An outpoor of emotion comforted by the warm embrace of the cosmos. But the hang over... oh my, the mother of all headaches and my body feeling like a wrung out tube of toothepaste. An amazing experience but won't be signing up for another trip anytime soon. Ik heb pas 1 trip gehad op deze paddo's, het was de meest geweldige trip die ik ooit gehad heb!!! Helaas niet helemáál objectief omdat ik ook al oxazepam en speed had gebruikt.
Wel een ultieme aanrader trouwens! Deze combinatie heeft me mijn nr 1 drugavond bezorgd!!! :D

Hatte mit zum ersten mal ein Growkit geholt und auch zuvor nix damit am hut gehabt.Voto
Zu anfang Wuchsen die Pilze sehr klein und krüpellig und sahen so ganicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Hab den Service angeschrieben und nach dem Tip das die Pilze mehr Sauerstoff brauchte habe ich mehr gelüftet.
Siehe da 5 Tage Später Schöne grosse Pilze wie auf den Fotos. Hab mir auch schon ein Tee mit den guten gegönnt und ich kann sie nur empfehlen klasse wirkung.

I've spent this summer tripping on 'shrooms at least once a week thanks to this site. I thought I'd try these for my last GrowKit. Bad timing meant I went away on holiday and missed harvesting my 1st flush. When I got back I decided to leave many of the shriveled 'shrooms in the box and set about watering the box again, (thinking that they may as well stay where they were and hoping they'd make a good compost!!) Anyway, the 2nd flush came up really, really, quickly and I harvested it. The result? So far this week I have had two of the most powerful trips I've ever had. I've no idea if it's just this species' potency, luck or something to do with my 'recycling' the 1st flush?!? Anyway, the visual effects and aural hallucinations have been simply divine. Today I chewed 5.5g dried and experienced months in the fields in manic, intense bliss. Aztec fractals everywhere around me; neon colours outlining all of nature. The Earth humming and singing in eternal waves guiding me via drumbeat voices through the countryside. Now I must sleep! I'm shattered!Voto

First yield in about 2-3 weeks. 6 yields all together, totaling about 500g. Dried to about 60g. Very easy to grow.
Don't be tempted to scratch off the fuzzy mould like stuff after a yield. It will leave patches of no future growth!
Potency is probably the strongest I have taken. 3g dried is enough for quite a strong trip. Was a little too much for one mate with funny consequences. He said "Literally, this is the most fucked I have ever been", while cradling his head in his arms. Some achievement for him. His mistake, probably keeping his eyes closed. The setting: Dark night with no moon but the sky was bright with the milkyway going across the sky like a blanket. Outside the cabin in the woods in october 2012. Built a fire and kept it going trough the whole trip.Voto
Mindset: Ready for a new level of experience. I wanted a deep trip but not too deep as I wanted to share this with my cousin who was with me.
Preparation: I prepared 14 grams of dried TC in a tea pot and added some fresh slices of ginger and some sweet thyme honey:)
The leftovers are always eaten from the tea pot:)
The trip: Started 10 minutes after I drank the first cup. Started feeling light and "tingly":) Always a nice feeling!
Then I started walking around barefoot in the grass, sucking electrons and giving mother earth free access to my body:) Sipping on my second cup of tea I stared at a fluffy white cloud and stood there until the visual effects really started to materialize in front of me. The whole distance between me and the cloud was starting to stand out as a web of signals beeing transmitted back and forth in a lightning speed. The cloud started to whirl around within itself and rays of energy was flowing around it making the surrounding area brighter. The stars up above started to shift from tiny little dots into crystal bright starshaped object with different triangular geometry. I stood for at least 10 minutes and thought of how wonderul it is to be able to have such visuals while beeing perfectly well:) Then I walked over to look at a hedge and the different trees surrounding the cabin. The hedge looked amazingly! Crystal clear details down to the very last atom...
The trees and the leaves was standing out against the sky as beautiful sculptures lit by the fire we had. The colors where shifting constantly as the flames rose and smoke gave substance to the air. That´s when I decided to have another cup:)
This cup I wanted to have while sitting down by the fire. Sipping tea while looking into the fire:) What can go wrong?
Amazed by the good feeling of weel beeing I stared to look at what was inside. Closed my eyes and where taken into subtle perfect machinery. Different from everytime I opened and closed my eyes. Time passed by without notice and all of a sudden I felt like having a toke from the pipe:) I shaved of some nice cuttings with a sharp knife and filled the screen of my great grandfathers pipe. Fired up and took two hits of hashiis smoke. Held it in as long as I could and turned on the new album from Dead Can Dance. Sat back down and floated into space where deep thoughts and beautiful entities live. Uninterupted in time and space I felt ME and nothing else surrounded by everything. We are everything:)
The music was very influentual to the flowing patterns of energy. The shapes where shifting and flowing with the rythms and sounds and some of the words visualized as thoughts and colors combined.
Woke up from this dreamlike state from raindrops kissing my face:) It started pouring down from a completly black sky!
The trip was almost over I realized so I went inside and got my raingear on. Outside it was raining and the morning was starting to break. Me and my cousin was walking around, talking about the meanings of what we´d been trough. When we sat down in the grass the raindrops where making everything look beautifully fresh and the green in everytin living stood out in perfect shades of green.
After a 6 hour trip with a calm return to "normality" we went to bed as the sun started to warm up the landscape. Birds started to sing again and the insects started their busy day. I went to bed feeling super! Slept for 4 hours and felt completley good.
I am fortunate enough to have a new fresh supply of TC blooming now and I know for sure that this is a very nice and comfortable shroom!
