Les deux premières pousses sont les plus importantes. Les champis peuvent être à la fois gigantesques et très petits. Ils sont très puissants.

La méthode PF TEK est généralement la voie à suivre, mais d’autres techniques peuvent être aussi couronnées de succès.  

This south american strain is a very reliable cubensis. Argentina is recommended for beginners since it is an easy colonizer. Argentina produces three or more flushes and there will be few Argentineas that need to be disposed of, during the fruiting process. The Argentina is a hardened strain that grows well in winter and is successful in nordic countries.

Qui ne connaît pas le B+? Ce cubensis complet est l’un des plus forts « survivants » sur le marché. Parce que le B+ est tellement résistant, il peut se développer avec des températures très basses et peut facilement germer à l’extérieur.
B+ peut faire pousser des champignons aussi long que votre avant bras. B+ est si efficace que les champignons s’arrêtent de pousser lorsqu’ils sont proches de zéro nutriment et donc, lorsque le mycélium ne peut plus être pris en charge.
Si vous êtes débutant dans la mycologie, cette variété est un très bon produit pour commencer.  

John Allen found this strain when he was along his trip in Asia. Now it is a very wideley grown fungus that has many fans. Cambodia cubensis fruits very soon in the process and needs little attention. Therefore Cambodia is a good one to start with if you are not an experienced cultivator (yet). When grown on rice flour, the mushrooms can grow very large. The caps will form an umbrella like shape that have wide rims and have a distinct brown/red color.

The Costa Rica is for real cubensis lovers. Evenhough it is not the easiest cubensis, Costa Rica continues to surprise even the most experienced cultivators. Costa Rica produces large flushes of medium sized mushrooms. Almost every flush looks different and their appearance is often far from cubensis like. Costa Rica cubensis hold such a potency that it doen't need to be bruised to show the pretty blue color that everyone is so after.

Since Ecuador is a classic, this is one of the more popular cubensis strains. Ecuador colonizes slow but when the fruiting occurs there is no holding back! The mushrooms of the Ecuador are beautiful with long meaty stems and medium sized bell shaped caps. Ecuador produces three or more flushes and generally the second one is the largest. PFTEK is its friend.

Golden Teacher is probably called as such, because of the gold/brown color of the caps. The Teacher part can be explained by the fact that is grows very easy and is good for beginners. Golden Teacher shoots out flush after flush of medium sized mushrooms, growing in large clusters. Potency wise it deserves a place in the higher regions. The Golden Teacher is a classic and will always remain being so. Very rewarding and grows on most substrate recipes.

Mazapatec is long believed a subspecies of cubensis, but until now there is no real evidence to support this. Mazapatec is generally an easy but slow colonizer. Mazapatec is the strain that also grows in the Mexican Myceliumbox. The yields are fairly large and mushrooms are potent above average. Mazapatec grows very well under PFTEK, but likes horse manure just as well!

This Far East cubensis is a proof that the bald headed mushrooms are spread world wide. In the Chitwan region in Nepal, these medium sized fleshy mushrooms are rather easy to find when the leafs fall. To mimic the same conditions in your "home laboratory", the best substrate used is sterilized compost. In dispite of this, the Nepal cubensis is also friendly to other types of nutrient bases.

Psilocybe fanaticus thanks its popularity due to the fact that it colonizes fast en therefore fruits earlier than most other cubensis. The P. fanaticus is a must try for all beginning and experienced mycologists.

PF is the original strain that made the PF TEK cultivation method big. Even though PF it is Psilocybe cubensis, over the years fanatics decided to give the PF its own name. Because of the very meaty stems that P. fanaticus produces, PFO is jokingly known as Teonanácatl 2.0

This Thai fungus is an aggressive colonizer. The mycelium of the Thai is very strong and spreads over all standard substrate recipes. The caps of the large mushrooms are rounded and when maturing even more, the rims will be very wide. We are not sure which mushrooms the Thai put in their milkshakes exactly but it is probably one of the strains that this Ben Hua is derived from. The effects are potent, the mycelium thick and yellowish, the fruits very pretty.
