I soaked the grow kit longer than 12 hours, I went away for the weekend and forgot about the kit. I drained the water after I came home, but will the grow kit still give mushrooms?

Thanks for your answer. I started the grow kit after 20 hours soaking. Now the first little mushrooms come up.
