Also you will produce less mushrooms.</p> <p>Wintertime is now up here in Holland, making it slightly difficult to maintain the right temperature. I am now experimenting with a heating mat which is normally used for heating terrariums. The temperature stays around 23 degrees Celsius. It seems to work perfectly!
